    <title><![CDATA[Weigh In today :)]]></title>

    <content type="html"><![CDATA[<P>After a few weeks of being absent from here due to crazy busy work and horse stuff!! I have finally found the time to update again with my weight statistics.....</P>
<P>Todays weight:&nbsp; 92.6 !! Yeah!! </P>
<P>Thats means I have lost just a smidge over 20kg's since my heaviest weight of 113kg back all those years ago in Nov 2005. Its taken me ages but I think Fiji is finally the kick in the arse I need to get motivated properly. I think I'll actually be wearing bathers on the trip in Oct and feeling proud of my body! Never though I'd actually think that.</P>
<P>I'm feeling awesome and everyone is noticing now which is nice. I'm fitting back into clothes that I haven't worn for years and just realised that I"m the lightest I've been since before I met Glen and started this job over 5 years ago so thats a pretty good achievement for me :)</P>]]></content>

    <content type="html"><![CDATA[<P>Gosh, I havent updated for yonks, been so busy lately and had no time to do anything.</P>
<P>I'll be back officially on Friday for weigh in (or close to anyway). </P>
<P>Going good still, apart from a few mishaps at 'dinner parties' but no big deal.</P>
<P>PS _ My Brother and Sister In-Law welcomed the most beautiful baby girl into the world recently and I couldn't be happier to get such a gorgeous little niece !!!!!!! YAY :) A ripper little newphew and now a little princess too - very spesh!!</P>]]></content>

    <title><![CDATA[Weigh In from last week]]></title>

    <content type="html"><![CDATA[<P>Gee I'm so flat out at the moment I can hardly find the time to update on here so this is a little late but better late than never. On Friday just gone I weighed in at 94.8kg - thats a 0.3kg gain. Bummer.</P>
<P>I'm not sure why, I excercised a bit (but not lots) and I ate really well and counted my points. Oh well, better luck this week hopefully. I'm still motivated for Fiji though so no slacking off!!</P>]]></content>

    <title><![CDATA[Weigh In... Drum Roll Please.... ]]></title>

    <content type="html"><![CDATA[<P>Lost another 1.6kg this week!! How exciting!! Go me!!!</P>
<P>My current weight is 94.5kg - where did the 95's go?? Shhhh... No one tell them they were skipped cos I don't want to see them!!</P>
<P>I managed to do 2 x treadmill work this week but that was about it for the excercise this week, I actually rang for 14 mins straight on it. That felt awesome I tell ya. Totalled about 30 mins each time with walk/jog bursts when I could.</P>
<P>Food wise had a great week and my scales were kind to me becuase of this.</P>
<P>FIJI HERE I COME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</P>
<P>Its funny, I have never bought bikini's always a one piece and as I was walking past a shop the other day I saw a heap of bikini tops out the front for $2 each&nbsp; - how cheaps that. So usually I'd keep walking but I decided that when I go to Fiji there wont be much in the shops bathers wise so I grabbed about 5 tops (ranging from skimpy string type to crop/sports bra type) - for $10 bucks why wouldnt ya. Sooooo there is my inspiration - I'd love to be able to wear them when I'm at Fiji. Whether I'll have a bikini body after loosing 30+ kg's I dont know (fingers crossed for no saggy belly) but we'll just have to wait n see. </P>]]></content>

    <title><![CDATA[Weigh In]]></title>

    <content type="html"><![CDATA[<P>Yay, managed to lose 1.8kg this week which I'm really happy about, I'm currently 97.4kg which is great. I did a lot of (well not a lot but more than usual) excercise this week which would have helped. Glen and I took the excercise bike upstairs so we both use it each night now - started with 10 mnis and are gradually building up. Also went for a walk with mum wednesday night aferwork - would have been about 30-40 mins of solid power walking with a couple of jogging spurts so all in all i'm pleased with my efforts this week.</P>
<P>My eating has been really good - both at work and at home, I'm drinking no coke or soft drinks as I've replaced them with water or low joule cordial.</P>
<P>As long as I manage to keep this week as good I'll be in for another good loss next week hopefully :)&nbsp;--- still super excited about Fiji - even though its ages away, it just sticks in the back of my mind that I'll be wandering around in shorts/singlets/bathers all the time I'm there so I god damn wanna look good when I'm doing it. And more so, feel good too!!</P>]]></content>

    <title><![CDATA[2008 - YET ANOTHER NEW START!!]]></title>

    <content type="html"><![CDATA[<P>Okay, it seems that I have had more fresh starts than hot dinners lately and to be frank I'm so over it. Its time to do this once and for all.</P>
<P>I now have some extra motivation. Yesterday Glen (my fiance) and I were invited to join friends of ours on a 7-10 day trip to Fiji in October this year. I have never been overseas (or even to QLD!!) and Glen hasn't been there either so we both jumped at the chance. This means I will need to be looking half decent in bathers by then, if not, I will not enjoy myself and I will not allow that to happen. </P>
<P>I was already planning on getting serious again since its the New year but this has just made it even more obvious that its time to do it. I can do it, I know how to do it, I just need to do it. Sooo No more excuses, I must be "Fit &amp; Fabulous For Fiji" - my new moto!! </P>
<P>I officially weighed in on Friday morning 4th Jan at 99.2kg </P>
<P>I have updated my measurements page and also fat photo's page with new pics all done same day.</P>
<P>I have also joined the new 12 week New Year Challenge @ LITS </P>

    <title><![CDATA[Weight In]]></title>

    <content type="html"><![CDATA[<P>Lucky I had a good loss last week cos this week I only lost 0.2kg how shit!.</P>
<P>I was so good too, counted and tracked daily, didnt go over at all, but granted I didn't do much excercise but I didnt that week before and still lost 1.5kg, oh well.</P>
<P>I was pissed off with that loss this morning so I ate 3 fizzer lollies, that are kinda like a redskin type bar with fizzy stuff in them, dont know what the points are but they'd be pretty high, I have probably blown my daily allowance today but its the start of the week and we all have our little blowouts. I will eat vegies tonight to try and compensate, Just had a chicken souvlaki for lunch at about 8.5 points, high but oh so yummy. Will count and be strict again from tomorrow onwards and I plan to step up the excercise lots this week to help.</P>
<P>I would dearly love to lose at least 0.9kg this week which would bring me to under 95kg and put me closer to the 80's than the 100's !!!!!!</P>
<P>Will try by hardest to reach this goal, I am worth it.</P>]]></content>

    <title><![CDATA[Weigh In]]></title>

    <content type="html"><![CDATA[<P>Weigh In day again today - and happy to say I lost 1.5kg this week yeah!!!!</P>
<P>Down to 96kg and feeling great. I am really loving being back on track and can't wait til next weigh in in a weeks time... bring on the 95's...... or lower even....</P>
<P><IMG style="PADDING-RIGHT: 5px" src="http://www.freewebs.com/blubberbegone/mtn%20bread.jpg" align=left border=0>Oh and my new love at the moment... Mountain Bread!! Its be best thing since sliced bread!! haha. Only 1 point per slice and I'm having 2 slices for lunch each day at work, with chilli chutney spread, lettuce, tomato and i swap between ham and shaved chicken breast and sometimes add cheese. 2 wraps totally fill me up and the points value for a lunch like this is super low which is great!!! I only stated eating them this last week and it obviously paid off cos i lost 1.5kg so i'm rapt.</P>
<P>Didn't do any official excercise but I did horse ride 4 times this week and also spent sunday down the back paddock and picked up by hand a full trailer load of wood so that was a great workout let me tell you! Will try and do it again this weekend as it really got me working!</P>]]></content>

    <title><![CDATA[Weigh In today]]></title>

    <content type="html"><![CDATA[<P>Happy to announce that I lost 0.9kg this week and am now 97.5kg. Not nearly as much as I would have liked but as I did no excercise I have to be happy with that. My neck is killing me of late and I really feel I need to do something about it. I saw a Dr. about it about a year or so ago and they said to loose weight. Well durr!! thats obvious. So it was then that I started this 'on/off' journey. Anyways since my inital neck pain I've lost 15.5kg and it still kills! I know I've got lots more to loose but gee, I've over it. Sitting all day at a computer and desk make this pain so much worse. I've started to take voltaren daily to help with the pain but I dont want to become reliant on pills, thats the last thing I want to do but at the moment I have no choice.</P>
<P>I make sure I get up every 15 mins and walk to the photocopier or something, every half hour I do neck and shoulder rolls, I make a point of going out of the office at lunchtime just to change my body postion, my monitor is high and perfectly in line with my eyes and I sit up straight etc... NONE OF THIS HELPS !!!!! ARGH!!!!! Shtting me so much. Hmph. I'll stop winging now, there are many people out there with a lot more pain then me! </P>
<P>Winge officially over.</P>
<P>On a lighter note, I'm doing great following the points plan again. I'm just weighing at home, not going to meetings as i cant really afford it at the moment and to be honest I dont have the time (or more the energy). But am happy and ready to tackly week 2 of my 'back on track ww plan'.</P>
