To control the subconscious mind you must get rid of the guard at the entrance to the gates of the subconscious-namely the conscious mind that tries to prevent you from entering the subconscious.
To succeed requires rigid discipline, infinite patience, virtually total self control and a goal that you must achieve and nothing must stand between you and the goal. In some ways it may it may appear quite simple but it may well turn out the most difficult task you will ever try.
It requires the most intensive conditioning and training of the subconscious mind over and over again until it believes what it is told by your through your conscious mind.
To condition the subconscious properly and thoroughly so that your conscious (goal)s are realized you must “lie” to it, fool it, as it were over and over and over again, until the goal(s) sought are real. Think of how we would be treated if we were able to return to the past, 100 years, 200 hundred years and more and carry with us objects from the present-e. g. TV sets, computers and guns medicines that prolong life.

Jenny Smith wants others to learn from the mistakes she made when she got divorced. And there were plenty, not the least of which was allowing the divorce to drag on for eight years.
"I knew there were important lessons to be learned and I wanted to share them with other people," says Jenny, a 43 year-old mother of two who began her divorce eight years ago and now she also tries to help others benefit from her experience.
There are answers to questions if you thinking of or starting a divorce.
Answers to questions you never thought to ask, are too embarrassed to ask or never knew whom to ask. My husband and I don't love each other anymore, even though we don't fight. Should we stay together for the kids?
"You have to do your own soul searching," says Jenny, who urges people to have at least a few sessions with a marriage therapist before calling it quits. "If you realize you just can't make it work, at least you know you tried everything you could to save your marriage."
Jenny points out that studies show children who grow up in intact families usually are better off in life than children of divorce. On the other hand, the majority of children adapt to divorce reasonably well.
Some two years after divorce perhaps about 70 per cent of kids are almost indistinguishable emotionally and in their behavior from kids whose parents aren't divorced.
The other thirty per cent are at risk for poor academic achievement, drug and alcohol abuse, and depression. How well your child accepts the divorce depends on how you handle it. "War between you and your ex is the main factor in kids not adapting," she says.
If your child is having a difficult time accepting the divorce, a therapist can help. "Children don't always share their feelings around divorce and may need a neutral, third party to talk to and help them cope."
Don't my kids deserve to know the truth -- that my husband cheated on me?
No, they don't. "It will only confuse the children, may destroy their relationship with the other parent and could have a monumental impact emotionally," says Jenny. Although you may be feeling victimized, remember your job is to look after your kids, not the other way around.
"You have to put your own emotions on the shelf to help your children with theirs," says Jenny.
How do I find the right divorce lawyer for my case? Do not just pick the first lawyer you find in the Yellow Pages and do not hire your cousin the tax specialist.
Jenny advises you build a list of lawyers who specialize in family law, also called matrimonial lawyers. Ask divorced friends and their former spouses for their opinions on who had the better lawyer, and get his or her name. Narrow down your list to three and have consultations with each of them.
"You need to see if you can have a good-working rapport with this person," she say. "You are in this for the long haul and you need to be able to trust the lawyer you choose."
Can we get divorced without going to court? "Smart divorces" don't usually end up in court.
Jenny states that the many non combative ways to dissolve your marriage, including do-it-yourself divorces, mediation by an impartial third party, arbitration in front of a retired judge or senior lawyer, and collaborative law, in which lawyers work together toward settlement may have some merit.
"Most lawyers know what the financial outcomes of most divorce cases will be, and that this outcome will be roughly the same no matter what form of resolution is used," says Jenny. "The emotional impact of each process, though, is significantly different."
“Emotions, too, are factors in helping it all happen faster (although couples are required to live separately and apart for one year before getting divorced -- they can live in the same house but not share the same bed). The quickest divorces are those in which both parties are able to work out child custody and financial support issues amicably.

All in such situations are advised to contact a divorce lawyers for issues concerning children, assets, businesses, financial needs and other issues such as support payments for the spouse and/or children. Not to use a lawyer in divorce and related proceedings is fraught with risk.
Lawyers will advise that the grounds for divorce are those set out above. Breakdown of a marriage may occur in several ways. The spouses have lived apart for at least one year before the divorce is completed and were living apart at the time that the divorce petition was filed. Living apart may mean several things and your lawyer will advise you precisely what they are.
Adultery, physical or mental cruelty usually makes it impossible for a couple to live together. If there is adultery, physical or mental cruelty the lawyer may file an application for divorce immediately.
Lawyers with experience in divorce and family law are sensitive to the fact that divorce is invariably most traumatic for children, if any. Lawyers are often involved in protracted and ugly custody battles.
Custody is a legal term that is used for the care and control of a child or children. Grandparents, step-parents and common law parents may retain lawyers to apply for the custody of children, with varying degrees of success.
There are no fixed hourly fees for divorce lawyers-the fees usually depend on the experience and knowledge. Lawyers with extensive and successful experience and knowledge invariably charge higher fees than other lawyers with less experience. Fees may range from perhaps $200.00 hourly to $750.00 hourly or more and all involved in divorce usually obtain the quality of service and experience they pay for.
Seeking bargain rates are also fraught with risk and can end up costing more than lawyers who charge higher fees. When hiring a lawyer who practices family law, potential clients must feel comfortable and confident with the lawyer they retain.
There are individuals who choose to handle their divorces and again a caveat-beware of bargain or do it yourself kits. Unfortunately those involved in divorces are often in jeopardy and divorces usually are very acrimonious and can be very costly in a variety of ways that lawyers will point out.

It is usually best that the Petition for Divorce is served by a professional process server and not by one of the parties to the divorces so that the served party receives a copy personally. In certain cases a court order must be obtained allowing service to be made in other ways.
If you have not seen your spouse for a period of time, contact a lawyer. The petition and other documents will be filed with the Court house and your lawyer may make an application to a judge for directions about what to do next.
Your affidavit will prove that you tried to find and have your spouse properly. Lawyers may wait for a short period pf time before acting, as a precaution.
If you are married, on a breakup of your relationship there is a presumption that each spouse in entitled to half of the matrimonial assets. Not all assets owned by the spouses, however, are matrimonial assets. Assets not used in the marriage may be excluded from the division of property and your lawyer will explain this to you.
Matrimonial assets, especially the matrimonial home are divided equally between the spouses. However the judge has the power to award an unequal division of assets in certain circumstances.
Your lawyer will advise that the assets may be divided unequally in order to promote the self-sufficiency of one of the spouses, or an unequal division favoring the spouse that brought the asset to the marriage.
Your lawyer can give valid legal advice on how best to achieve the division of property he/she believes fair and proper following the breakup of a marriage.
The Divorce Act only applies to legally married persons. It does not apply to common-law couples.
Lawyers want you to be aware that it does not matter how long a couple has lived together in a common-law relationship they do not qualify under the Divorce Act.

OBSTACLES TO SETTLING YOUR DIVORCE!
When I become sufficiently familiar with all the facts of a case (including both my client’s version and the version of my client’s spouse) I can often predict a range of outcomes that often accurate. Despite this, it can be difficult to settle a divorce case, raising legal fees tremendously and causing both parties a lot of stress. Here are reasons why this happens.
The other divorce lawyer. I do agree with the common perception that lawyers can make things more difficult than need be. The reasons for this are somewhat complex. Some lawyers are overly aggressive. This isn’t solely the lawyer’s fault - clients going through a divorce often want their lawyer to be aggressive.
Aggression isn’t the only problem - an inexperienced lawyer may not be reasonable simply because they don’t know what a local judge may decide.
Unreasonable clients . One thing about being a divorce lawyer is that even though you’ve dealt with a situation many times before, a client knows more about it because a friend of a friend said something.
Whether you like what the law has to say or not, for most middle-class couples in fairly average situations, the law is pretty clear. But it can be difficult to resolve a case if one spouse doesn’t agree with what the law is. (As a side note, I agree that in a lot of cases, the result isn’t fair, but that’s a political, not a legal, issue).
Child Custody Disputes. In most cases, you can say it’s just money, and move on. With the children, you can’t do this. Custody disputes are one of the most difficult types of case to settle.
Delay. It’s usually in one spouse’s interest (normally the payor) to delay settlement, even if it is just a matter of postponing the inevitable, while it’s best for the other spouse (normally the recipient) to resolve things as quickly as possible. Add in delays because each spouse’s lawyer is busy at a different time and it’s no surprise that divorce cases aren’t resolved quickly.
Revenge. Often the divorce process is used as a way of getting revenge on a spouse. Yes, you really can make you’re spouse’s life miserable through the divorce process if you wish to. And despite the high financial cost of doing this, many people choose to go this route. This is particularly the case where one spouse has had an affair.
Legally Aided Spouse. Normally, high legal fees are an incentive to settle a divorce case quickly. Every dollar in legal fees is a dollar that is taken away from the children and from both spouses. However, where one spouse is legally aided and the other one isn’t, one spouse bears all the financial consequences of a divorce battle while the other’s finances aren’t affected.

Why You Need And Why You Should Get A Lawyer If The Possibility Of A Divorce Exists! Know Your Rights and Obligations Before Its Too Late Especially When There are Children! Getting divorced is a frustrating and expensive time.
First you must try to find the right lawyer who is tough and experienced and who provides personal service including returning your calls promptly. Then you must chase your Ex to sign paperwork if the divorce is not contested! It’s HARD, frustrating and expensive.
Also then you must deal with heartache, difficulty in concentrating and the inevitable pain caused by divorce. I am certain you know what I mean.
“Get a lawyer” is often the first thing that someone facing divorce is advised by family and friends. For the person whose life has just gone off track, who wants more than anything to get back to “life as usual,” that advice can seem cold. The reality is that legal advice and help is critical even if all it involves is a preliminary consultation.
Contacting a lawyer should not signal a bloody war between spouses but rather to protect each person’s interests at a very stressful and emotional time. Yet a bloody signal is almost invariably made and all too often when there are children.
Here’s what ONE CLIENT wrote regarding the advice to newcomers to RETAIN A LAWYER. “I am reconciled with my husband.” That said, my first advice is still usually “get a lawyer-know your rights and responsibilities.”
The reason for this is that many people who wind up with lawyer are not necessarily getting divorced — they are being divorced. “Can you forgive him or her” is irrelevant when the other spouse doesn’t give a damn if you forgive them, beg, plead, crawl or just go away and die.
“When we were first starting our divorce, I was unemployed, but we had savings, I had the house, and I knew I would get a job. I wasn’t worried about being homeless or starving, or any of the things that seem to traumatize people at the beginning of this process.
“Divorce is an emotional, thought-provoking time in people’s lives, and unfortunately, that is usually NOT the best time to be making decisions that could have life-long consequences. Unfortunately, that is how this process works. Since it is a legal process that can occur totally without someone’s consent, having a third party who is emotionally neutral but legally advocating for you can make worlds of difference.
It takes two people to make or save a marriage — it only takes one to get a divorce. Many times, the spouse who has asked for the divorce has already done their emotional separating, their “grieving” for the end of the marriage, and their research on just how to get out.
The spouse that gets the surprise “I want a divorce” starts out already behind the 8-ball. When people come here asking, “What will happen to me?”, “Can he throw me out of my house?”, “Can she take my kids away from me?”
Can he keep everything because I haven’t worked outside the home in 15 years?” Then my first advice will still be “Get a lawyer.”
Reconciliation, counseling, etc. can happen at any point in the process, but the time to protect yourself now is to cover your unprotected behind, your a$$ (rear), before you get frostbite.
When you get a lawyer, retain the right one-a lawyer who is tough and experienced and who always does whatever it takes, is fearless, indefatigable and a formidable opponent. Need I say more? Call me!
