I have been a member of this site for 11 months but I just figured out
getting serious a month ago. I learned a lot from the other members and
had been my source of other money online sites where I had benefited
from.

I was serious getting money online when I got sick and
was off from work for sometime. I just went with the different sites
and I found this fun, exciting and discussion filled site. What is most
awestruck amazing here was having to communicate to anyone around the
globe without any inhibitions. Shouting loud your opinions and ideas
and getting all those affirmative and negative responses which I found
very helpful, encouraging, and inspiring.

What more can I say
but this is a good venue of emotions for anyone who is bored,
depressed, happy, sad or just simply forum addicted.

One good part? I earned! Whoa! Just have fun and everything else follows.

Do you enjoy life talk?

Being a Sales Leader!

Her story is my Avon inspiration, Miss Mercy, who was almost the yearly #1 Albee awardee for Avon Philippines.

Newly wed, she arrived in Davao in
1969 with her husband. They have nothing more but their suitcases.

In 1973, Mercy
joined Avon. She made it a point to do what it takes to make a
sale or to recruit.

She would even be at the bus station even at the crack
of dawn to meet prospective recruits from nearby provinces.

All what it takes! She also personally hauled boxes of cosmetics and hopped it on tricycles behind
the driver's seat. Amazing!

How about today? She remained a sales leader and has really emerged to be a champion. According to Avon Philippines, Mercy sold P160
million worth of Avon products in year 2000.

As seen on the documentary preview her commercial building
houses the Avon Davao branch. She also owns a beach resort, various farm lots, cars and
got travel opportunities.

(Mercy on the left)

Mercy is indeed an inspiration to many Avon ladies. She is now devoting her time training and mentoring other Avon ladies to become successful like her. Awesome!

Yes, we all dream of financial
success. Mercy is an example of dutifully doing what it takes to achieve her dreams, went for it, no matter what. Circumstances and situations did not dismay her. What can I say? We can! Let's
go for it and make all our dreams come true!

Her story was the biggest mark I earned when I first joined the national sales conference. It has changed my depressed hopeless mind at the time and brought me back to Baguio. Now, I am with relish starting with
the business. It was a big challenge at first but I know all roads are
rocky unless we change the way we perceive it!

My life, my choice!

I love this piece of article, Choices (attached below), from Zig Ziglar. Let me share mine.

"I have no choice!" This is what most of us say. Everyday, we have plans to pursue and schedules to attend to. Maybe part of it is responsibility but still it is us who made and planned for it. What is "no choice" for? Was it dictated by your boss, by your mom and dad, by your company? Why choose to stick attending to their demands if you are not happy with it? It is therefore your choice. To stay unhappy and do it anyway. So, why complain?

"You don't understand." We always think that nobody understands us. How sure are we? Have they verbally told us in our face? It is just our opinion and gut feeling, right? We have all the power to choose but why do we keep on letting others dictate and choose a life for us? Our fears, our comfort zone is continually dictating and making us choose people behind us to choose for us, aren't we?

Our life is our choice. Whatever it maybe for us if we can stand for what we want, forget the past, forget about going alone, forget about failures, expectations, the hardships, and even the consequences, would it be more happier?

Not mine to dictate! It is your choice!

-------------------------------------------------------

Choices
By Zig Ziglar

The choice is yours.
Question: Do you believe there is something you can specifically do in
the next seven days that would make your personal, family and business
life worse? Chances are good you did a double-take on that one and
rhetorically responded, "What does he mean, 'make it worse'?" O.k.,
next question: Do you honestly believe there is something you can do in
the next seven days that would make your personal, family and business
life better? Chances are astronomical that you answered "yes" to that
one. With that in mind, let me pause for a moment and ask you, do you
believe the choice is yours, and do you believe that every choice has
an end result?

Now, let's think it through as I make the
observation that if you were serious with your answers, you just made a
profound statement. Here's what you said: "I don't care how good or
bad my past has been, I don't care how good or bad my circumstances are
at this moment. There is something I can specifically do right now
that will make my future either better or worse, and the choice is
mine." That thought is truly profound. Think about it. You can do
something about your future. To dramatically improve your odds at
making it better, you must accept that responsibility. Two-time
Pulitzer-prize winning historian Barbara Tuchman said that America's
number one need is people who accept responsibilities.

Action
step: Make the right choice, take action on that choice, keep your
thinking sound and persist, persist, persist - because if you do, I
will enthusiastically say to you that I'll SEE YOU AT THE TOP!
