This month's theme is the Disney movie 'Camp Rock' which I am totally obsessed with right now. I made this layout all by myself for a change, hope you like it. After I had my site reviewed, I realised that I have had every layout except one requested from a better graphics maker, which I now think is not what I should be doing. I should be making my own layouts and showing people what I can do. Well I hope you like it and remember that requests are still open. Please make sure that you have some place on your site that I can contact you on to tell you when your graphic is ready too. Otherwise you're just gonna have to keep checking back all the time and it might not be done yet, or you could forget and miss it all together. Please tell me once you have it too, so I can delete it from my site. Also, in my next update I will be adding heaps of new graphics and getting rid of some of the old ones I dont like, so have a look and use them now while they're still there. Thankyou.

I will have plenty of time to make graphics for everyone, but make sure you read the rules on the Request page first. Please remember to keep my link button and tags on the graphics I make, I like to have credit for what I make otherwise its stealing. Just please keep them on! It doesnt take me very long to make requests, but if I have lots of requests it might take longer for me to make yours. I can make basically anything, but I can not animate, sorry. Please be patient while waiting for your graphic and dont worry, I havent forgotten if its not done as quickly as you expected. I'm just busy making others, plus I cant spend all day on my computer. I will tell you when your graphic is complete and where to pick it up, but please, once I have made the graphic I will not make changes to it (Unless, I have spelt your site name wrong). Only request one graphic at a time too, I dont like it when once person asks for a layout, blog, link button and sign all at once. You may ask for another graphic after you have received your first one though. I hope you request and like the stuff that I make you, I know my graphics arent the best, but I hope you like them anyway. I love making graphics and put a lot of time and effort to make the best graphic possible to your liking. Request away!!

Here in the final hours of Matmice, I look over my old sites, think of the great memories and of all the great friends I made. The end of Matmice is here. Its so sad to think about it really, like Ive been with it for so long, I remember when my friend from primary school told me about matmice. In library when we were supposed to do our work, he told me and my friends and thats where it began. I would never remember the name and he wrote it on my hand, (which I would have been killed by my mum if she found out) and explored Matmice once I got home. Little me, making my very first matmice site ever, oh the memories. I didnt know how to do anything properly, only add the pictures and write in different colours. That I thought was the best time in my childhood. Making my own website was something I clung onto for years onwards. 

We even went on matmice at school, and I told my other friends about it and my parents and teacher admired my silly work. I spent all my time on matmice, asking for requests from others, learning to use paint and add the glitter words and backgrounds which was the best at the time. I thought my site was the greatest, then I saw other sites and wished mine would be like theirs. I was still young when I discovered my first layout. I used a pre-made one and even then it was still a disaster. I didnt know how to add middle pages or make links. Everyone here on matmice has helped me through the difficult time of improving in my webdesign. Then I learned how to make my own graphics, and my own link buttons, then I thought I knew all there was to know. But I was wrong. Then my cousin Tracie helped me improve my graphics and webmaking to a whole new level, by then I was in high school and she let me help on her Vanilla_Twirl site when she was busy. Once she left, I took it on for myself and continued VT and its still open now. And here I am today (with only 6 hours till the end), saying farewell to matmice and saying hello to freewebs, domains and a whole new world of webdesign. I totally dedicate this whole experience to my friend from primary school who one day in library who wrote matmice.com on my hands. Adrian. Who I still stay in contact with, but even if I tell him about all of this, he will probably say its old and boring now. But thats only because he gave up. He gave up and didnt improve at all like I did. But thanks to you, I have all of this. I love webdesigning, even if there is so much more I need to learn, I am happy for it all. I will miss you Matmice and I hope there is still room in people's hearts for the wonderful experiences they have gone through as well like me. Thankyou. Lilly xx

Its pretty sad isnt it? Matmice is closing!! I cant believe it! Ive been using matmice for years and now its closing in only a week! Quite sad actually. I feel so sorry for all the webmakers out there who dont know how to use freewebs, pizco or any other website maker who will just have to give up their hobby. Quite sad that I cant advertise on matmice though like I have been for ages! Please still remember my site and visit for updates!!

Well as you can see I do know how to use freewebs so it will be open still once matmice closes. This way I can stretch myself even more open to challenges of webmaking. I am in the middle of putting all my matmice sub-pages into freewebs because they would be erased and I wouldnt want that. Dont worry all my sub-pages will be added to freewebs and used like normal soon. Remember to keep in touch!! I dont want to loose any of the friends I have here!!
