Miley was spotted outside of the London Hotel heading out to grab some grub with Jonas Brothers choreographer Paul Becker.

And Miss Cyrus looked to be having a marvelous time with her hunky friend, sporting a white top underneath a black leather jacket teamed with a pair of black trousers.

In related news, it seems Miley went birthday shopping a bit early- for her sweet 16 (not until November), she went ahead and plunked down $75,000 for a custom Mercedes Benz CLK 550 Cabriolet.  Wow!
